Why can't we cut and paste to this forum.

Several of us have asked and mentioned it in posts.

It's difficult to share when the links won't stick

    Not sure I understand (that's not unusual, LOL!).  I can copy and paste any posted sentences to (for example) an e-mail or an MS Word document.  Are you saying that there should be a way to cut and paste an entire discussion by pushing a button or something?

    Jon-

    I believe cut and past links, is his intention.   I have trouble with that too from time to time and often takes 3 or 4 tries to get the link to "stick" to my post.

    http address links.

    If I find something on a different forum and copy the address , then try to paste it here it won't

    work.

    This has been since the latest  forum format started

    Jon , I see you link the same things from AACA that I try.

    Several others have mentioned that they can't show a link.

    I'm guessing something blocking it?

    I can put the same link on any other forum I go to.

    ** if you do not see 'paste' when you right-click in the text area (and I do not, at least not in Internet Explorer), just use the CTRL-V (Press CTRL and the 'V' key) to paste-in something that you have copied... **

    'Key' sequences (vice the right-click & 'copy' & right-click & 'paste)':

    - Highlight what you want to copy, and then press "CTRL" and "C";

    - Put the cursor where you want the copied item to go, then press "CTRL" and "V";
