will 1930 essex wheels fit a 1928 essex wheels?

"I have a restored set for 1930 with new tires. In BC. May have to swap the axles which are also restored. New brakes etc. front and rear wheels"

These are from a 1930 will it work on my '28 i know the parts are 19'' and 10 spokes

No, everything was changed in 1930. different wheel size, different axles, diff gears, - everything.

You’ll need to install the dif and front axel that comes with the wheels.
