Looking for information on assembly of the stepdown horn mechanism in steering

I think that I am missing part of the mechanism that goes into steering wheel on '50 stepdown horn.  Is there any reference for this. Thank you.

The parts manual may have a cross-section diagram with the correct name and part number for each component.  You might check into that.
