Sorry, but what is the procedure for sending a private message?

    Click on the name of your intended recipient, this opens another window. 

    Underneath the avatar is a button 'send private message to xxxx'

    Thanks. I thought instructions & tips meant for the cars repair , maintenance etc. I never tried it obviously.
