RE: 35 Terraplane oil pan gaskets. I purchased a gasket set from Olson. It included an O-ring with dipper tray/oil pan gaskets. Is the oil ring used on the 35 oil pans? I don't recall there being one on the pickup tube when I removed it.

    No o-ring on the 35, you are reliant on the gaskets and judicious application of gasket goo to make an air tight join.
