Cleaning plastic steering wheel ?

I am seeking advice on what to use to clean the steering wheel. Its build up and grimy and I want to make sure I'm not using the wrong cleaner as I don't even know what type of plastic this is.

    Isopropyl alcohol seems OK on most plastics.
    If in doubt, just use old fashioned warm water and dishwashing detergent.

    Mr Clean Magic Erasers work on lots of surfaces for cleaning and seem safe.

    Magic Erasers will mark plastic if you're not very careful.
