Seat Cushion

Has anyone had difficulty installing their bottom seat cushions & what did you find as the fix?

I ask because my 54 Hornet’s front bottom seat cushion is not at all wanting to go in.  I’ve had 2 of us working on it at each side with no luck.  As we get close on one side the other is 6-8” out.  It seems to have a center spot that’s hanging up.  Any help I’d appreciated.

    What engine do you have? Sounds like something is blocking the bottom section

    You were right.  I had to straighten some things out on it & then pull upon the back middle which was hanging up, then it went in.
