    It's an inside the egg- egg-scrambler.  It goes in your kitchen.

     I don't think it is a Hudson part, but I would suggest it is the plate that fits in front of the flywheel.  if not that it could be the  rejiggerator cover off the hydrosolater.

    I agree with Geoff, but I wasn't sure about whether or not it fit an early Hudson.
