If it helps those were also used on the full size car in 1954.
Used on models 2C ,2D ,3D ,5D ,6D ,7D .

There are many vendors selling universal door post switches on eBay. I've bought and installed several sets on my older cars that originally had no door switches, such as the '40 Caddy Fleetwood
