Gateway Chapter Route 66 Cruise

Our route 66 was a great success Check out the web address below for pictures and video
We started out at the old chain of rocks bridge STL and crossed it twice then heading east on old HI way 66 passing thu Mitchell, Edwardsville and Hamel before our 1st stop at Henrys Rabbit Ranch in Staunton IL. From there we took a short drive on old 66 to country classic cars. From there we drove to Mt Olive IL and our 3rd stop Soulsby Station. A restored 1926 Shell gas station. On to Litchfield Ill and end in Carlinville for lunch.

    Wonderful Hudson and other vintage car video driving over the "Chain of Rocks" bridge spanning the Mississippi River, stopping at Soulsby's (Shell) Station on old Route 66 in Mount Olive, IL and other places along the "Mother Road."  Thanks for sharing!
