Essex was originally set up as a separate company by Hudson. The corporate officers were all Hudson corporate officers.

Essex Was never a separate company. All the data plates on the fire wall read Hudson Essex.

Hey how’s that Fiat Laramie 2500 with a Chinese/Mexican Cummins in it. No thank you. Might as well be owned by Dollar General
    Nice interior though.

How about the Holden Colorado:   Good Aussie badge and American name, designed in  Japan and built in Thailand!
