Not sure who owned this great looking truck, but It would be great just as is as a driver.

What a gem. It would be criminal to rod such a beauty. Preserve as is!

While I hate to see one destroyed it is nice to see some attention brought to the mark.  Yet a prequel “cars” movie would be better!

I need to re-phrase my earlier post:  “destroyed” was the wrong word to use, I really should say “changed”.

Why?  Well after watching not only the video I posted the link to again but a few other of his build videos, I have to say I think the gentleman from ICON truly does try to marry the design, beauty & as much original design as possible in his modified vehicles.  Actually the degree to which he goes to keep the original look, feel & design is astounding.  I could only dream of doing the design &/or re-creation that he does.

Finally, he obviously has customers who can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a “fun ride” and compared to the home shop hot rodder who would most likely strip the car or truck of “all its uniqueness” only to fill it with billet aluminum mail ordered parts, they certainly go the extra mile to keep as much of the original design as possible but making it a modern turn key vehicle.

I was in competition with a street rodder to get my 1934 Hudson LTS Brougham (quite possibly the only surviving LTS Brougham).
    I'm glad I won !
