Repro division bar seal, 1934-37 Hudson & Terraplane

Has anyone (with a '34 to '37 H. or T.) used Metro Moulded Parts' division bar seal ("VS-1", below)?

This would be for cars having vent windows, of course.  I was curious if it fits neatly, and performs its function.
