Very easy put a blanket in front of the light in case you drop the lens now take your thumb and push the lens straight in towards the back of the light this is to make sure the lens is lose all away around the light body it dose not have to go in to far you just want to make sure it is lose now you just push the lens straight back while also pushing the lens up toward the inside the light body at this time the botton of the lens should be sticking out lightly pull on the botton of the lens pulling it out and downward the lens should be out know so change the bulb and replace the lens in reverse order I hope this helps.

I used inner tube for exterior door handle mounting gaskets and for tail light mounting gaskets, as well as other places. You just need good scissors and steady hands !
