Super Power Dome Heads

In the parts that came with my 1930 Hudson Great 8 Roadster, I found a set of what seem o be NOS Super Power Dome Heads. Casting on each head says 7:1 compession ratio. They are made of aluminum and are slightly thicker that the original cast iron heads. are these an original option and will they add any increase in horsepower? Has anyone else used thes heads? I would appreciate your input.
