Air Conditioning

Who has put A/C in their Stepdown? I went to the Vintage Air website, and the options are endless. What works well? What doesn't work? They have a trunk mounted unit that looks good. I have one of the Hudson reproduction A/C brackets, but is there a better way to mount the stuff? My cars are already 12 volt. Pictures always help. Thanks

I have a Mark 2 air conditioning on my '53 Hornet. Mounted in engine bay, cabin has under dash unit. Custom made brackets (by previous owner). I have drafts of the brackets, and can try to take a couple of pictures.

There was a vendor in the HET a few months or maybe a year ago that was advertising a new alternator and AC bracket design.  I emailed him and asked for photos but never heard back.  You might go back and check to see if this guy still is doing it or ?
