Info on '34-5 Terraplane thermostat, model K or KU.

A friend is hoping to find an original type bypass thermostat for his '34 Terraplane.  This type of thermostat fits within a housing in the radiator. He has no photo or description to go by, only the original Hudson part number, and he does not have an old, non-working thermostat.  So he's basically in the dark as to what he's looking for.

Does anyone have a usable or non-usable correct thermostat they'd like to sell, or a photo of one, or another manufacturer's part number so that my friend can begin his search?

You can reach me at (drop the XXX before sending).  I'd be grateful for some information!

I am a bit late in posting, but Notthwest Auto Supply sells NOS thermostats for ‘35/‘35 t-planes
