Auto lite GDS 4801A, does anyone have one of these that they would part with? I can install new brushes replace bearing and clean armature and commutator if necessary. So condition isn't that big a deal.

Why dont you get a blank badge, attach it to a similar genny and stamp it with the VRD number. I wont tell anyone :). Like Geoff, I also have a spare genny that will cost a lot to ship.

Let me know what you want for it and I'll get with Dr Doug and see if he thinks it will work with my car
