1954 Hudson Jet Jet-Liner for sale

While traveling old Route 66 in my '53 Super Wasp with the Illinois Route 66 Association 30th tour (this time from Romeoville, IL to Litchfield, IL) on Saturday, June 8, I ran across this 1954 Jet-Liner for sale in Chenoa, IL. Looks to have just a three speed manual transmission without overdrive. 
The seller wants $4000.00 for it or best offer. It's being sold just off the "Mother Road" at a former Texaco gas station which is now Goodins Used Cars, 514 N. Division St., Chenoa, IL. Phone number is 309-533-27 two three. I checked out the car and was told that it is running and drivable. The paint was OK, pitting on the trim inside and out, interior not too bad and I detected some frame rot looking underneath the back. That's my Super Wasp in front of the "Gemini Giant" at the iconic Launching Pad Restaurant on Rt 66 in Wilmington, IL!
