1946 Hudson Truck Bed Specs and Parts

Looking through old discussions on the subject of specifications for 1946 Hudson Truck bed, I ran across a comment from BENT METAL regarding his father who makes bed boards and metal strips with bolts, as close to original as possible, for this truck.  Curious to know if BENT METAL is still around, as I am interested in bringing my truck as close to original as possible.  Thanks

Yes, his dad, Perry Spring does the wood beds.  I was talking with him a few weeks ago about doing the wood for my truck bed.  I think he has one ready to go but I don't know the type of wood.  You can find him in the roster.
