1940 Hudson Sedan

I purchased this car last week from museum in Jackson, Michigan.  He bought it from the original owner, a single woman in 1978, she was 88 years old at the time.  The car is excellent condition inside and outside, it came with all the original paperwork and was purchased in Traverse City, Michigan on November 16, 1939.  In the attached pictures you will notice a blue punch card that is an inspection card that came with the car.  Has anyone ever seen this piece before?  Also notice a personal letter to the owner from the General Manager of Hudson G. H. Pratt.  I just thought it is amazing that she keep all this paperwork in this condition all these years.
