1940 Hudson Hood Ornament

there is currently a NOS hood ornament on EBAY.  I bid on this item and just before the auction ended the last time, seller and I worked out an equitable price and I paid for it using Pay Pal.  He immediately relisted the exact same item (same ad) to run another 7 days.  I asked him if he had another one of the exact same thing and got an evasive answer.  I notified Pay Pal and him, got a refund and all is well.  So this item may be legit or it may not.  I decided not to take the chance.  So that is my experience.
