If I remember right, the book says 65-70 ftlbs., but I know some have gone up to 90 lbs. to try and eliminate leaks. I wouldn't recommend 90 with 7/16" bolts, though. Have you done a search on this forum? This topic has been discussed before.0

Yes, depends on whether 1/2" or 7/16". And alloy heads must only be tightened cold, not hot.0

FYI
I suggest using BEST Company Permbond gasket especially for Aluminum Heads. I retorque after a few heat/cold cycles but never over 75-80# and before hard use on the motor..
