Rear Quarter Window Leak

Good evening everyone. My 1952 Hornet sedan got stuck in the rain this evening. I noticed a leak along the rear shelf and traced it back to the rear quarter window. I noticed that the headliner above the top of the rear quarter window is damp along the top edge. The window rubber needs to be replaced (already have it, just have not installed). I suspect that the main culprit is the drain trough or the rear quarter window reveal moulding. I took a look at the body manual (pages 93-94) and it says to lay down a bead of Dolphinite sealer in the channel and the reveal moulding. What should I be using here?  Any recommendations on how to force the sealer into the reveal moulding opening as Hudson suggests?  Also, when I look at the drain channels, on both sides there appears to be a little hole at the end of the channel.  Is there a drain here?  Thanks in advance for the help.
