Need to confirm correct steps or procedure on adjusting brakes
I am adjusting the brakes on the 1940. If I understand the manual correctly I need to 1st, using the star wheel adjust the shoes out to the drum and then 2nd, adjust the eccentric and then 3rd, re-adjust the star wheel and eccentric so the shoes are within 0.010 at both the top and bottom of the shoes.
