I am wondering if a single range and a dual range throttle rod arms are the same.I broke mine and had it welded where it is swedged together but don't know if it is in the right place because I have no spring resistance. Hudsonly  Ray

If you don't want the whole single-range valve body, I'm happy to pull out the lever arm and send it to you. It's on my desk at work, I'll take some pictures come Monday. I believe it's still intact and original - not repaired.

I have a good single range lever arm but am wondering if this arm is the same as a dual range arm.

According to my reading of the Hydramatic manual and Hudson Parts book, the inner throttle lever (the part in question, 311 3591, group# 11.1940, pg. 171) is the same for all Hydramatics to 1954. Sorry this took as long as it did, your original question came as I left for vacation. Just got out the manuals today.
