I spotted this over on the AACA Forum.
Apparently these are part of a large collection that is being sold off in Enumclaw, Washington. I assume they are for sale separately. The '23 is listed as complete with transmission, and an extra carburetor. It's unclear if the '24 is an engine plus transmission, or just a transmission. In either case it's listed as "bad shape" so probably for parts only. I know nothing else about these items. Here is the contact person:
