Cylinder Head Gasket Damaged?

Hi,

I have an Essex Super 6 build 1928. During the summer I found out that there is always a little bit oil in the water of the radiator. Now I like to find out what's the reason for that. Is the cylinder head gasket probably not ok?

Any help would be very appreciated.
