Pilot Bushing needed

I need the main shaft pilot bushing for the transmission in my '37 Terraplane. This transmission had an overdrive housing added to it somewhere along the line. I pulled the tail housinmg from the transmission as we were unable to bolt the tsailhousing back on the transmission, and found that the main shaft pilot bushuing had disintergrated. I have a clouple peices of it, but not enough to get a number. Used a mic on the diameter which read .845. My son said he could machine one, but I do not want to waite for him, it would be next year or he would forget. Any help out there? or should I try to have one made? Thanks, Arnie in Nevada
