1950 Pacemaker Brougham for sale and appropriate pricing

This poor thing needs a new home and is for sale. However I am not sure of how to price it. A project that was interrupted a few years back. It comes with two 308 motors and two manual transmissions. And for extra comes with the Edmunds 2x2bbl intake manifold. Hasn't been started for @ 10 years. In Eureka, CA. Thank you for any responses.
