Several times in the past automotive folks have had parts reproduction needs and approached a company named EMI in ElPaso TX. Articles in car restoration publications chronicle failure to receive contracted parts. The company seems to have branched out into another line of work with disappointed customers. The actions of a El Paso TV station appears below. http://kfoxtv.com/news/local/customers-claim-they-never-received-headstones-for-loved-ones-after-paying-local-business

This is strange... Many years ago maybe around 1958-9 There was an USAF officer at Otis AFB (Cape Cod Ma.) His name was Sky Blazer (No kidding). He was thrown out of the USAF for some reason and he opened a used car lot near the base and was selling stolen cars to GI's. Must be a family thing LOL

Sky Blazer was his name, and yes he was the one you are talking about Chilton.

We found out later when he took us locals for some Green Backs.

He has slipped past the law for many years. His wife is also a crook and his mother in law.

We met them all years back before we got took.    Rudy and Chuck.
