Like many of us out of necessity make different tools through the Yrs to ease an assembly task... This Crow's Foot fabricated from a piece of 3/16" scrap really simplifies the task of getting valve springs up over tappets. (especially mopar tappets) Just put dab of Lube on top pry up spring & retainer then they slide off. May need practice a couple times...

I've came across and developed a lot of different tools, to try to make this difficult task easier. Usually, they are something I have made on the spot and usually thrown away. I actually have several factory-made ones hanging on the wall. Yours looks as good as any I have seen. Now to be able to find it the next time you want it, Chuck. Lol...k0
