Hudson Wheels

Does anyone have any experience with using you Hudson wheel centers to have new steel wheels fabricated resulting in a wider radial-compliant wheel?  Or, using a modern wheel by adding your hub cap fasteners?

Although my experience was not with Hudson wheels, I had wheel centers relocated onto wider rims and welded at specific offset to utilize the total space available in rear fender wells on El Camino. I would think any store that sells wheels could direct you to a local shop that specializes in this type of work. It should not be a problem doing the same with Hudson wheels.

In the past Stockton Wheels provided this service.

I've dealt with Rally America before and had great service from them. My 49 came to me with stock centers in new 15x6 hoops and they work great!

TwinH, did you send the centers to them to use for making the 6" rims?
They probably have the pattern on file.
I've purchased wire wheels for a 57 Golden Hawk from them. good people to deal with.
