The brake shoe numbers are industry numbers. Any you find that have an 18 should fit the front

and any 55 should fit the rear. Assuming they are boxed correctly. They usually have a prefix in

front for the venders number. They also could have 18B or 55B , meaning bonded instead of riveted.

Have you tried this place?  I have not, nor do I know anything about them, but it's worth some investigation.

Yes, it's extremely good information.  Sadly, it will gradually fade from memory.  Six months from now, someone will post a message on the forum:  "Didn't someone post a list of '54 Hornet parts interchanges here, a few months ago?"  People will scratch their heads, shrug,  and the question will remain unanswered.  Then all will be forgotten.

Sometimes someone from WA attends the All California Meet. If you know of someone going and willing to take the window back with them for you I can bring it with me.

Or maybe someone from Oregon would get it closer to you. Just a thought.

If it's a sedan, 1952 and 1953 sedans are the same. Came as tinted (solex) or clear.

Hope this helps. Info. from 48-54 parts book, section FF 1 p. 376.

Would calling an insurance company and asking them if they have a number of a company that would have one
That they might have dealt with before like heacock classic , Hagerty or some other insurance co.
That works with the classic cars and trucks.
     Just a thought Charles
